How to create an ad unit in blogger
Adsense allows you to decide the size, colour of the ads that you want to show at a place.
Lets start creating a new ad unit.
We start with the last step when we added an adsense widget in our layout section.
Go to layout section. Click on edit of the adsense widget.
A menu will appear.
Under the format section you can choose the size of the ads that you want to show. I recommend you to choose responsive ads because it will ensure you that your ads will be shown on mobile devices.
Next choose the type of the ads. You can choose text only ads but It is recommended to choose Text and images ads.
For choosing the colours of your ads I recommend you to choose blend templates because it automatically adjusts the colour of ads according to theme colour of your blog.
However if you want to play with the colours then you can change colour of text, borders , links of the ads.
When you have adjusted all these settings you will see a preview of type of ads that will appear on your blog.
Click save to apply these settings
